Wi-Fi terms of use
Terms for the service provided by TECHNIKA06.
1. Purpose and acceptance
The service connects a device to the Internet for the displayed period and within the stated limits. Access requires acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. The user must have legal capacity or permission from a legal representative.
2. Access
Access may be open, verified by email or granted by voucher. Codes and links are personal. Duration, speed, device count and opening hours may be limited.
3. Prohibited use
Users must comply with the law and third-party rights. Illegal content, harm to minors, harassment, fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, unauthorised system access, malware, network attacks, unsolicited bulk messaging and circumvention of security controls are prohibited. Peer-to-peer traffic, downloads or content categories may be restricted. Filtering reduces risk but cannot guarantee that all unwanted content is blocked.
4. Security
Users remain responsible for their devices, software, backups and communications. They should use encrypted services and keep devices updated. The operator may isolate a device, limit traffic or terminate a session to protect the network.
5. Availability and liability
No permanent availability, minimum speed or universal compatibility is guaranteed. The operator is not liable for third-party content, user fault or unforeseeable external events. Mandatory statutory protections remain unaffected.
6. Suspension and evidence
Access may be suspended for risk, incidents, maintenance, legal obligations or breach of these rules. Technical logs, timestamps and consent records maintained with integrity may help establish completed operations.
7. Applicable law
French law applies. Report difficulties to steff@technika06.com. Mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
