How data is processed when using the portal and public Wi-Fi.
1. Controllers and roles
For local Wi-Fi access, TECHNIKA06 determines the service and normally acts as controller. TECHNIKA06 supplies the platform and processes data under contractual instructions. It remains controller for processing required to secure and administer its own platform.
2. Data processed
- available private and public IP addresses, device MAC address, site, hotspot, network equipment, dates, times, session state, data volumes and technical events;
- voucher, terms acceptance record, encrypted email address when used and temporary verification code;
- security, authentication and administration logs, alerts and diagnostics;
- marketing consent and email only when the optional box is selected.
Communication content, messages, passwords and browsing history are not recorded as part of connection logging.
3. Purposes and legal bases

- Legal obligation and requests from authorised authorities.

- Optional consent, withdrawable without affecting access.
4. Recipients
Authorised staff of the establishment and TECHNIKA06, confidential technical providers and competent authorities acting on a legally valid request. Data is not sold.
5. Retention and security
Technical source-identification data is generally retained for one year under applicable law. Security data may be retained for up to three months. Codes are temporary. A valid preservation request may suspend deletion. Controls include tenant separation, access controls, encryption of sensitive identities and audit logging.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to legitimate-interest processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. Legal retention duties may limit certain requests. Contact steff@technika06.com or steff@technika06.com. You may complain to the French CNIL at cnil.fr.
